Dandy doesn't remember much of anything, and while several memories, pleasant or unpleasant, have popped back into his noggin at various points in his stay on New Rapture, that is one he can't quite forget. It doesn't matter if Hiro was awkward or shy, or if his face crinkled up and looked funny.
